We enable your home to generate power from the sun and other natural and free resources. We thoroughly protect the thermal envelope that surrounds your home to ensure that the amount of energy you’ll use to heat and cool it is minimal.

We know that materials can degrade and soils can shift; we build every NowHaus home to endure the harshest of the Pacific Northwest climate and weather in the Willamette Valley. We work diligently to keep moisture outside your home and keep air that you pay to heat or cool inside, and we’re good at it. When properly protected by expert NowHaus builders, the sustainably-sourced materials in your home will stand strong against the elements for hundreds of years.
